風邪ひいた。。。

微熱、関節痛、喉の痛み。

あー

胃が痛い。。。

煙草の吸いすぎ、コーヒーの飲みすぎ

連休中の無茶なスケジュールでの強引な遊び。

食生活乱れすぎ、ただれすぎ。

カジノの対戦会も途中で帰宅。

あー、調子悪。。。。

仕事しながら直しますかねー。。。
